Ordering & Products:

  1. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

  2. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping at a flat rate of $14.95 (or local currency).

  3. Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll automatically receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges:

  1. What is your return policy? We offer a 90 day return policy. Items must be unused/unworn and in their original packaging.

  2. How can I initiate an exchange or return? To start an exchange or return, please visit https://theorywear.loopreturns.com. We can help you with any issues or questions you might have via our Contact Page. Make sure you reply to the FAQ if you need a reply from a live support agent.

Shipping & Delivery:

  1. What are the shipping fees? US orders over $100 enjoy free shipping, while other US orders have a flat fee of $8.95. International shipping is $14.95 (or local currency).

  2. How long does my order take to ship? For preorder products, please review the product page for the specific shipping timeline. For item with stock on hand (mainly Theorywear Archive items), orders ship within 5 business days. Shipping times vary (see below).

  3. How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times are 5-8 business days for domestic orders and 8-14 business days for international orders.

Sustainability & Packaging:

  1. What sustainability practices do you follow? We prioritize sustainability with biodegradable polybags and collaborate with partners who share our zero-waste and eco-friendly values.

  2. Are your products eco-friendly? Our commitment to sustainability is evident in our use of biodegradable packaging and our efforts to employ sustainable production practices.

  3. What is Lumen’s stance on AI art use? How does Lumen get its artwork? 
     
    We’re committed to supporting human artists. As such, we will never knowingly use generative AI in the creation of our designs.  
    We work with a third party company, Chimera, for the design and development of our products. Their team of artists are responsible for working to help fulfill our creative vision. They are responsible for maintaining transparency with us, and through us the community, about every design we produce.\
