First off, THANK YOU for being part of our journey with Lumen over the past year. Whether you’ve ordered with us or silently browsed, your support means the world to us, and we wouldn’t be here without you. Seriously, we know you have options when it comes to awesome products, and we’re grateful you chose to shop with us.

We know that your experience on our site hasn’t always been stellar, whether it’s been with product design, sizing issues, long lead times, or overall shopping satisfaction. And that? Well... that was not the experience we wanted for YOU, our community.

So, we’re taking massive steps to fix that. Unfortunately, part of that process involves transitioning teams and improving our internal systems. As a result, we had to make the tough call to cancel any orders that our current partner couldn’t guarantee would ship by April 18th, 2025. We know you’ve already been waiting for far too long, and we couldn’t, in good conscience, keep those orders active without ensuring they would be fulfilled in the next 30 days.

Lumen is stepping away for a bit so we can go back to the drawing board, but we’re not just hitting "pause," we’re hitting "refresh." When we return later this year, we’re bringing you:

• Brand-new manufacturing • Exciting new products and designs • Collaborations we can’t WAIT to show you • Faster lead times • ...And yes, a fresh new look that feels more us. 😉

We’re cooking up something special, and when we’re back, we want you to feel the same utmost care in our products that you do our content. So until then, we say "See you later." We're hard at work on the future... and trust us, it’s looking very bright.
